High energy Ballet Blast classes; Ballet HIIT (Cardio / High Intensity), Upper Body Sculpt (Arms / Core) and Lower Body Sculpt (Legs / Bum), and the new Ballet Barre class (a traditional ballet barre exercises to complement the centre exercises we are doing in class).
