Balletiques Fitness Class

Barre Fitness - 25-30 minute classes of barre exercises, that fuse ballet with fitness for a total body workout and a burn from head-to-toe!
Balletiques Fitness - 25-30 minute classes of centre exercises of ballet basics combined with classic conditioning movements using your body weight and dumbbells to help build, define and tone your body.
Full 55-60 minute classes are also available.

Silver Swans™ Ballet Class

(55-60 mins)
A low-impact, gentle traditional ballet class designed for the over-55s. These fun, age appropriate classes are set to beautiful classical music from TV and film. If you are looking for a new way to keep fit and active these ballet classes will put a spring in your step!

Ballet Barre Class

(30-35 mins)
Traditional ballet barre exercises set to classical music from TV and Film, and piano music of popular pop hits.

Ballet Blast Class

(25-40 mins)
High energy Ballet Blast classes; Ballet HIIT (Cardio / High Intensity), Upper Body Sculpt (Arms / Core) and Lower Body Sculpt (Legs / Bum), and Ballet Barre class (a traditional ballet barre exercises to complement the centre exercises we are doing in class).
