Ballet-inspired fitness classes for everyone

No ballet/barre experience, ballet shoes, or tutus required.

Welcome to Balletiques, a total body workout that combines the strength, elegance and athleticism of ballet with the power, endurance and dynamics of a traditional workout class. Set to the latest up-beat pop music, this unique ballet-inspired fitness class will help build, define and tone long, lean muscles. Core-centered and cardio-busting exercises at the barre, and in the centre will target your arms, abs, glutes and thighs. These fun, low-impact classes teach the fundamentals of ballet in an easy to grasp, safe and enjoyable way. Ballet basics are interspersed with classic conditioning movements using your body weight and dumbbells for extra shredding results.

Balletiques - Barre Fitness is for anyone, regardless of any previous ballet/barre experience. No babies required!

Balletiques - Mom and Baby is a Balletiques class specifically designed for Moms and their babies.
