Winter Session (6-weeks)

(No classes on Nov 11 for Remembrance Day)
There will be a break over the Holiday period.
Classes will resume in January 2020.
Balletiques classes provide a total body workout that combines the strength and elegance of ballet with the power and endurance of a traditional workout.
With over 30 years of experience as a dancer, your expert instructor Sarah, will teach you the basic fundamentals of ballet, while torching calories and having fun.
Everyone is welcome no matter your age, body size or fitness ability.
